Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, a Customer purchasing in our online store has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform us of their decision by sending an unambiguous statement via e-mail.

2. Return procedure

To make a return, please:

  • write to the e-mail listed at the bottom of this page in the returns/complaints section — we handle each case individually with our staff,
  • send the product back to the address provided: [our staff will send a return label via e-mail].

The product should be returned intact, complete and — if possible — in its original packaging.

The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise with the Customer.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the parcel, we will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us).

The refund will be made within up to 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Customer, except for cash-on-delivery payments — the method will be arranged individually with our staff.

4. Exchange of goods

You can exchange a product for a different model after contacting customer support. In such a case, the Customer covers the cost of sending the product back, and the store covers the cost of re-shipping.

5. Exceptions to the right of return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
  • goods delivered in sealed packaging which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
  • products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
