How do I log in?
At your first login on the new platform, you’ll be asked to change your password, which was reset due to site updates. Just set a new password and you’re good!
How does the new loyalty program work?
The new loyalty program is simpler and clearer. You earn tiers by spending a certain amount. Each tier comes with dedicated benefits. Learn more in the “Loyalty Program” section.
What has changed?
We improved the loyalty program and added numerous enhancements and safeguards to make shopping at E-LiQ even easier and safer. The site has been refreshed and is more readable, and the customer panel gained many new features.
Where can I check my tier?
You can find your tier in the “Loyalty Program” section of your profile. There you’ll see detailed information about your account and how our system works.
How do I get started?
No account yet? Creating one takes a minute — you’ll get 10% off your first order, and you’ll receive starter points for your first purchase! What’s next? Your parcel arrives in 5–6 days. Simple, with no limits!
What’s the shipping time?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. After dispatch, it’s handed over to the courier and delivered within 5–6 business days.
How do returns and claims work?
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a “Return Form”. Please send a copy of this statement by e-mail to: reklamacje@e-liq.pl. More details are in the “Returns & Claims” section at the bottom of the page.
My old discount code doesn’t work
Old discount codes don’t work on the new platform. The usage period ended on 29 August. No worries — new ones are coming!
Is this legal?
Yes. We only offer 100% legal products approved for use throughout the European Union. E-LiQ is among the leaders of the vape industry and guarantees top service and quality.
Do I have to be of legal age?
Yes, our store is intended only for adults; we therefore require age verification. Tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and refill containers must not be sold to persons under 18 pursuant to Art. 6(1) of the Polish Act of 9 November 1995 on the protection of health against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products. Such products are harmful to health and contain nicotine, which is highly addictive.
I didn’t receive a tracking link
Didn’t get the courier’s tracking e-mail? Don’t worry — it will arrive within 3–4 days so you can follow the parcel. Why then? Tracking is available once the parcel leaves our logistics center.
Free delivery
Free delivery starts from orders of at least 100 PLN and depends on the courier you choose. See the “Shipping time and costs” section at the bottom of the page for details.
What’s the delivery time?
Your parcel departs from France and passes through our logistics center, so delivery takes about 5–6 business days. Didn’t get the tracking e-mail yet? You’ll receive it within 3–4 business days.
Why is my parcel taking longer now?
We changed our warehouse location. Shipments now depart from France, where, for logistical reasons, delivery takes longer than previous domestic shipping.
